If we compare about how many critics out there to how many idea/suggestion out there than we will surprise that the suggestion/idea is not even get to 10%. If the company focus on the critics than the company will get very big headache. Why? Because they have to find the solution themself.
What about idea/suggestion? I think this is the coolest thing of feedback. The suggestion help the company to improve their solution to the problem. And talking about the idea, I can say that it's worth thousand of golds. But as you already know that it's likely very little people out there who can give suggestion/idea. Why? Because it's need deep thinking/analyzation. So why don't you give some rewards to that people. A sincere thanks letter I think it's enough.
Also the company can create contest idea. The coolest idea will be rewarded with present/gift/money/etc. I think if we want to think out of the box than we should accept other people ideas. Don't count on the suggestion/idea from expert out there. Why? They are thinking to much about complexity. We should give the user a chance to submit their ideas because it's from their perspective (from the consumer point of view). We create the product for the user not for the expert right?

How to improve Internet Search Engine (esp GOOGLE)?
This idea actually is kept in my mind for very long time and now I just remembered to put it out. OK, I'd like to ask many of you: "How many rubbish/garbage result do you get when you search on internet search enging ?" If many of you answers many then we have the same opinion.
1st, Well, in my humble opinion is: "Why not inventing valuation on every results in the search engine?" The easiest ways is by implementing appropriate/inappropriate feature on each result. So let's say we search for "how to be happy" and we click on one of the result and get the site that talk nonsense or not discussing how to be happy then we can mark this site as inappropriate. Then if we found that this site article is useful then we can mark appropriate. So the more appropraite mark the article gets then it will make the article goes up in the search result (thus affecting page rank).
This method will help other user not going into this same damn site again and also will help the other user know what useful article that other user find useful. I hope many internet search engine will create this feature soon. Why? Since creating blog/site is easy right now so there is tend to have many rubbish/garbage site. And we (as the user who search in search engine) like to get the right result, aren't we?
2nd, "Why not inventing blog/products search?" You know sometimes I get angry when I search something (usually information/blog) but all I found in the 1st place is Amazon/any other seller sites. What the heck!? Why GOOGLE don't implement blog or product/services on their toolbar below search box?
This will make the user can search more specifically. Also GOOGLE can implement newest entry. For eg. because I tend to learn programming then I tend to search for new tips/tricks so GOOGLE can implement newest entry toolbar on their toolbar. Newest entry means the newest post that talk about that specifit topic. For eg, if I type "JTable Java Tutorial" then GOOGLE should display the post with the newest date post (not the popular one). Also this can help newest post to gain recognition (so every blog/site can compete equally and if their posts is good then they can rank up).
3rd, by combining 1st and 2nd then GOOGLE will rule the world of information in no time. Also GOOGLE's missions are: “to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.” So the key point is "useful" information and by implementing these features GOOGLE can make sure that the information that the people search is useful (not the rubbish one) and also up-to-date.
OK. I hope GOOGLE will be happy with my suggestions and they can contact me (for rewarding me some cash!). And finally happy xmas to GOOGLE. Hope this will be the best xmas present that I ever have to give to GOOGLE and thanks for helping me searching on the internet. Lastly please visit my blog for other ideas here.

How GOOGLE can POWER UP!
Well, I will apologize for my bad English. But as long as you can understand what I write then it's OK, right?
Today, I will talk about how GOOGLE or other company can power up! The term of power up (it's actually my idea to coin 'power up') is to improve their power.
OK, let's start. As many of you know that GOOGLE is the giant behind the search engine. Today, search engine is not only valuable for the user (who use it) but also for the company (who serve/provide it). It's all about data mining. Yes, the company who provide the search engine will know the user behaviour. So how GOOGLE can power up (as the title post says)?
For me. It's from the big data that they collected. I prefer that they create survey company and everybody can join on it and get reward from it. So, instead of selling product, they can just selling the data for 3rd party. But many of you will say that it's violated the law. That's why I encourage GOOGLE to create survey site that everybody can join and get reward and they can just put in TOS that these surveys will be used by 3rd party.
But nobody will give it for free (esp the user who join the survey) and I agree with you. The easiest way to do is by providing premium services (or by adding several online feature) to the user who join the survey. It's not always about money but how to exchange happiness. So GOOGLE can sell the user behaviour data and the user get additional online feature from GOOGLE.
That just one idea. But I think there's many idea on how to start business from big data. So GOOGLE it's your turn to think the other idea.

The Power of The Past
"The future is uncertain but the past is certain" -- anonymous
I see lots of people become rich because of inventing new technology based on their new ideas. But the point is that it needs lot of work to make it get to the right track. So today, I will talk about the past. Some of you may ask me why the past? Many of you may be don't realize that today is made from the past. I mean, all the datas (we call it Big Data) comes from the past. Now you agree with me right?
So in the last 10 years, I see the significant improvement on remaking movies, games and toys. So here is the interesting part. Everybody love to remember the past because they enjoy the moment (happiness and sadness). That makes them feel really alive on that occasion because they are human. So that's why old games/movies/toys still have big value today (esp in auction). So there's nothing wrong with new ideas but old ideas still rocks!
Hope you will understood what I say today. Once again, "the future is uncertain but the past is certain and today is made from the past".

Feedback? Is it Important or Not?
Well, if you asked me this question: "Is it important or not to mind feedback?" Then I will answer that it is the most important thing in the world of business. Many books told about the important of it but many companies deny/reject and never take it seriously. Why? May be because they are confident enough about their product that will satisfy all customers no matter what. But here I will tell you that they are REALLY WRONG.
Before we begin to identify the idea, we need to classify the feedback. Feedback can be negative (critizism, hate respond, etc) and positive (advise, suggestion, etc). But no matter what feedback we get that's what they think/feel about the product. And it's almost as pure as the baby opinion.
Now, let's look at this case:
In 2009, I applied for Adsense and get approved but because I'm lazy (and almost forgot) to maintain my site then in 2014, I just realized that my Adsense account get deactivated. I try to reactivate the account but unfortunately they (Google) didn't give me a chance to change my blog to monetize (yes, my proposed blog is suck). Then without any hope then I try to reactivate with my old blog and guess what happen? I get banned (without noticing that I've violated their SEO 2.0 property-TOS, Privacy, Disclaimer, Contact Us, About Us).
The only problem is that I can't apply for new Adsense using my actual identity (name, birth date, birth place) anymore since Google will (almost) reject it. So I think Google has make very big mistake about it because they limit the chance(s) of the user to get in touch with Adsense. Why? Because my blog mistake (didn't meet the SE0 2.0 property) then I got no chance for Adsense anymore (for my entire life). Of course, I can use my family identity but that's really annoying for me. And on the internet, I got news (true or not) why Google didn't open complaint for Adsense because their staff got annoyed and abused by the deactivated Adsense user.
So I suggest them (Google) to fix this problem by using these strategies:
1. They should allow the user to change the URL of monetization blog by limitating the amount of attempt. For eg, the user can only have 3 (three) chances to change their blog to monetize every 6 (six) month. Once the chances meet 3 (three) then there's no way the user can change his/her monetization blog anymore. You know the concept of 2nd (second) chances are you. You should apply it for this situation.
2. They should apply ban with their level of violations. For eg, if my blog contain porns then they can remind me. If I ignore them then they can delete my blog and if I continue to create the porn blog then they should terminate my account.
3. The most important thing to remember that how Google can monitor their loyal user. For me, I will treat my user who created the email account 5 (five) years ago differently then the user who created the email account 1 (one) month ago. So I will tend to respond to the 5 (five) years user then to the 1 (one) month user. That's how they (Google) can limit the qualify user by seeing their track records.
4. They should open an email complaint and even if that's hate mails then they should read it (but not respond it! because it's a wasting time to respond to anger). From many complaint mails, there should be several suggestion/advise mails and that's the most important thing. Because everyone can make any complaints but not everyone can make suggestions. They (Google) should give user who give best suggestion a reward though (may be $1,000 because suggestion is idea which is priceless).
Why Google should fix it?
1. They will miss the opportunity to get the good/very good/great blog to have their Ads on it.
2. Their competitors will take advantage of it by getting the good/very good/great blog to have their Ads on it.
3. For long term, it will hurts Google because many people who get rejected in Google Adsense will (probably) won't spend their money on placing Ads on Adsense (because of their disappointments on being rejected). You know, sometimes emotional takes the primary role on human decision. I will discuss this later on the later post.
OK, that's it for now. Next time I will cover more feedback cases. Hope you will enjoy this post. But to GOOGLE, I'm very sorry if my post offend you but that's just my humble opinion.
NOTE: This post is dedicated to someone in SIMI VALLEY, CALIFORNIA who keeps visiting my blog. Without you I won't update this blog. Your visit reminds me that there's still people out there who wants to read and enjoys my post. Thanks to you pal. Your visit really encourages me to update this post.

How to Protect Your Song
Nowadays we all know that every music video in Youtube (or any other video site) can be downloaded and converted to MP3 by using browser add-ons/web site. We all know that the song in video version is usually the same as audio version (in MP3 which sold on ITUNES or any other audio site). The question is why would I (as a buyer) buy the song if I can get the song for free?
My idea is just by putting the sound effects as BGM on the video so it encourages the people to buy the audio version to get the "free sound effects" version. The good example is found in Maroon 5-Pay Phone song where we can here the car struck sound effect in the video but we here nothing in the audio version. So it will differ the song from video and audio version and the people who watch video will know that they need to get the audio version to hear the "free sound effect" version.
NOTE: this is my idea. Everyone who use it should pay me!

Change Role Play in Game
Many years ago (about 2000s) I've emailed Naughty Dog (the company who created Crash Bandicoot) and suggest them to make a game with 2 sides of role play. We can choose whether to play as good guy or bad guy. But they didn't reply for my email so I guess they turned down my suggestion. But I think it's a cool idea. For examples if we play Mario Bross, we can play as Bowser (the dragoon) to destroy the kingdom.
The really problem here I think is that the moral of the game. I mean everybody (our teacher, our parent) always say bad guy always loose. So if the game made the bad guy win then may be the gamer (esp the kids) will think that it's cool enough to go bad.
